plumbing exposed and leaking waste water heavily for a month. water intrusion into walls. mold. water intrusion into first floor bathroom in apt 1. they have been doing work without a permit through all hours of the night for the last month and this problem has not been resolved.

plumbing work with no permit posted and now an upstairs bathroom pipe is leaking in the service alley on the side of the building. started as a drip now it's pretty steady. i don't know if its water or sewage.;
